Zviad Dolidze was a member of the juries of several international film festivals, participant of international and local conferences, an author of six books (all in Georgian): 1. Georgian Cinema (2004), 2. The Westerns: History and Film (2008), 3. Film World of Akira Kurosawa (2011), 4. World Cinema History: Silent Film (2016), 5. World Cinema History. The 1930s-the 1960s (2016), 6. Georgian Film: Short History (2016).

He is an author of more than forty articles, of film script “The Georgian” and coauthor of the collections: “The Power of Georgian Women Filmmakers” (2014, in Korean and English) and “Our Dignities” (2016, in Georgian). He is a member of the Film Academy of Georgia.
